I Paid but it says Waiting for payment

I paid and its still says waiting on payment and I cannot verify my email cause it doesn’t send the email verification in my email and yes I checked my email to see if I typed it right. Please help me thanks

Hi, I’ve already done that and I’m receiving all my emails with a 2-hour delay! (Not a problem for me) I have a question - I paid for a single release and it’s going to be on Spotify. Do I get an Artist account on Spotify then? Yesterday, it was in the quality check and it said “Paid - Bundle done” or something like that, and then it went back into the quality check. Could you help me with that, please? Thanks.

  1. Yes, when your release is uploaded by Spotify, they assign it to an artist profile.
  2. Your release has been delivered to the streaming platforms and will be released on 30.07.2024 as planned.
