I paid for a new subscription but changed my mind. Refund?

Hello-
About 9 or 10 days ago, I opened an account and paid the $50 fee to release an album.
I have since changed my mind and want a refund.
I already canceled the release. I can also delete my account but don’t want to do that unless that is how to get a refund.
Is there anything else I must specifically do to receive a refund?
