I requested takedown but years later some albums still remains on the platform, and now I can’t reach support and I was directed to this community.

hi @rockman413 , we will ask @Maurizio if he can help and thanks for writing us in the Community. For e-mail support you would need an Amplify or Amplify+ plan, but with Free Plan you in fact will have full support from here :v:

Please write the artist name and the release title for each one of them.

I’ve requested take down but today I still find a few albums remains at:

Apple Music:

The Age of Awakening

Game Changer

Evernight

artist name is Roc Chen

Spotify:

Game Changer

Please note: as I already have a new distributor for these albums, so when you search the above albums on the corresponding platforms there will show duplicates, please only take down the one from iMusician released.
