My artist name has suddenly changed from “Royal” to “Royal *ND” in my iMusician Library across ALL my releases, including my already published release “Mapache Emocional”. I have never changed my artist name and it should remain “Royal”. I need this corrected urgently because my upcoming release “Everbody wears your perfume” needs to be linked to my existing Spotify for Artists profile in order to submit the editorial pitch before the 7-day deadline. Spotify rejects the connection because “Royal *ND” does not match my existing artist name “Royal”. Please investigate whether my artist profile/artist ID has been incorrectly modified or duplicated in iMusician and restore the artist name/association to “Royal".
Your email from a couple of days ago (19 September) explicitly confirms that the release was approved under the artist name “Royal”. Today, the same release and my entire catalogue are suddenly displayed as “Royal *ND” in my iMusician dashboard. I have never changed my artist name. This appears to have happened after the quality check, and I need you to investigate the change in the artist metadata/artist profile association.
This was solved, thank you! But my new release Everybody wears your perfume is still not showing as Upcoming in Spotify for Artists, do you know how long it could take?
Considering how generic your artist name is, Spotify is having issues differentiating it from the many homonyms that already exist. At this tage we don’t have any visibility over Spotify’s mapping for your upcoming release so unfortunately the only solution is to wait for the release date.

I have now contacted Spotify for Artists regarding “Everybody Wears Your Perfume”, and Spotify has confirmed that the release was successfully delivered by iMusician, but the metadata did not specify my existing Spotify artist profile. As a result, the release was sent to a newly created artist profile instead of my existing one.
Spotify has instructed me to ask my distributor to reassign the release to my correct artist profile and resend the metadata, specifying the correct Spotify Artist URI:
spotify:artist:OqkN9gEZNaFIIX290Qllq9
My artist name is Royal, and this is my existing artist profile.
Could you please correct this as soon as possible and confirm once the release has been reassigned and the metadata has been resent to the correct Spotify profile?
This is particularly urgent because the release is upcoming and I need it to appear correctly in Spotify for Artists in order to submit it for editorial consideration. I would therefore really appreciate it if this could be prioritized.
