No, the issue is that your image is distorted and as I can see, it’s still the case. Please upload a valid image that’s min. 3000x3000 pixels ?

veramente mi diceva che il mio brano SE LA VA aveva problemi perchè raffigurava Charlie Chaplin e non per quanto riguarda i pixel. E le immagini caricate sono tutte a 3000pxl
Sorry, I was referring to your other release EAN 4069493527063 which is still on hold because of the image that’s distorted. You have to correct this in order for us to deliver your release 
Regarding your release Se la va (EAN 4069493531336) it’s already been delivered to the shops and it will be releases on 02.12.2025 as scheduled!

a QUALE titolo si riferisce perchè quel codice non vedo. Nel mio sito mi sembra tutto regolare, nessun avviso.

Hey @Paki59, that’s the barcode of your release “Suspended Between Heaven and Earth”. It’s still on hold because of the artwork.

Sorry, but I don’t see any message about changing the cover art. I see that the song has been forwarded to the various music services. However, I see one of my songs: SE LA VA…, which still shows all the music services in the red.
