Impossible to recover password and log in

Good morning,

In 2022 I published an EP with my music band (not with this profile with which I write the following) through Imusician. I wanted to log in with the band email but it was impossible and when I clicked on “forgot password” it told me that an email has been sent to the account provided for this purpose. We do NOT receive this email so we cannot access it.
Could you tell me what I should do? For now and unless I am told otherwise, i do not write the email in question because if I am not mistaken, it is not advisable to do so.
The idea is to get an official artist channel on YouTube but but first of all, I need the above.

Hey @Phonack,

If you don’t receive the email it means that either:

  1. you are checking the wrong mailbox;
  2. the email ended up in your spam folder;
  3. you have incorrectly typed in your email address when logging in.

Can you please make the necessary verifications on your end regarding points 1 & 2 first ?

Good morning

I have carried out the 3 steps indicated but I am still in the same situation, I do not receive any email and I cannot reestablish the account. This account was run by a person who is no longer with us and who has left us without passwords and nothing. The thing is that looking at the email inbox, we have several emails in which we are told that “iMusician Digital AG has sent you X euros” through PayPal, which means the account exists.
