iMusician asks me two corrections to a new release, but in the page there's just one

Hi! I’m writing here because I’ve already paid for a release that was meant to be published in some weeks. Some days ago iMusician notified me telling that I had to change some information about the song in order to let it be published, in the meanwhile all the publishing process is blocked. In their mind I had to simply change 2 fields, while I can’t see but one field. Of course, their webapp doesn’t work correctly and so now I’m stuck with iMusician pretending from me that I modify two fields, of which one doesn’t really exist anywhere.
In this way, the service for which I have paid will probably never be done, and this is something quiet unprofessional and illegal, because it is their fault that my music is now blocked.
I’m here to know if someone else has had the same problem, if there’s a solution for it or if I have just to assume that all my release schedule and my professional activity is to be replanned.
