I have sent a message to forum which is A BIG HASSLE! I’m assuming CUSTOMER SERVICE keeps sending me emails to the old email WHICH DOESN’T EXIST ANYMORE! I don’t need another 2 business day wait for an email I WON’T RECEIVE and I don’t need an article that WON’T FIX MY PROBLEM! I need someone that works iMUSICIAN CUSTOMER SERVICE to contact me by sending me an email at my current address

It is stated in our terms of use that it is your responsability to warrant that your email address is up-to-date. If your email address doesn’t exist anymore and you don’t inform us, there is no way for us to know that you don’t have access to it anymore.
Now, when it comes to actually informing us, there are ways to do it and it’s all explained in this article which is accessible to you at any time in a few clicks. Sending us multiple emails from an email address we can’t reply to (just like what you did) is precisely not the way to do it! I will therefore ask you to address us with a little more composure.
I have sent you a message in private so we can solve this together but I must insist that this will only be possible if you’re willing to show a more constructive approach in the way you address our team. Thanks ahead for considering this.
