I am writing regarding a persistent catalog ingestion issue affecting my releases on Amazon Music.
While my releases are successfully distributed and live on Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, and all other DSPs, my standalone singles released from February 2026 onward are failing to appear on my Amazon artist profile (ackzz - B012X4M5EE).
Amazon support has stated that they cannot action this on their end and explicitly instructed that the distributor must submit the correction or inquiry through the direct delivery channel (digital-music-support@amazon.com).
Below is a technical summary of the issue and the concrete proof of successful delivery.

2. Timeline & Behavior
Prior to Jan 2026: All releases ingested and appeared on Amazon normally.
Jan 2026 – Present: New standalone singles fail to appear on Amazon Music. However, they ingest perfectly on all other platforms.
Older Releases: Some older iMusician catalog items have also intermittently vanished from the Amazon storefront.
3. The Smoking Gun (Proof of Successful Delivery)
Standalone vs. Album Ingestion: The tracks that completely failed to appear as standalone singles did successfully ingest on Amazon when bundled inside my March 2026 albums.
What this proves: iMusician’s feed delivery to Amazon is 100% successful. Amazon received the audio files, metadata, and rights. The failure is entirely an Amazon-side standalone catalog ingestion pipeline and metadata routing/identity graph error.
4. What I Am Requesting from iMusician
Because Amazon support claims they cannot fix this without a direct distributor intervention, could you please escalate this ingestion anomaly to your Amazon store relations or operations contact via your direct channel (digital-music-support@amazon.com)?

Both releases were successfully delivered to Amazon back in February 2026. If you do not see them live on the shop today, this means that unfortunately the content was either rejected or taken down by Amazon due to insufficient streams.
Amazon routinely cleans up its catalog by removing low-performing releases. Because this is Amazon’s internal policy, we unfortunately cannot prevent or override these removals.
With respect, the “insufficient streams” explanation is factually incorrect and timeline-wise impossible for two reasons:
They never appeared on release day: These standalone singles never showed up on Amazon Music at all from day one. You cannot clean up a track for “low-performing streams” on the exact day it is released before anyone even has a chance to stream it.
The tracks are live right now: If Amazon were cleaning up my catalog for low performance, the audio would be removed entirely. However, the tracks that failed to appear as standalone singles are currently live and streaming on Amazon right now inside my March 2026 albums (Data Backup UPC 4069493703467 and Recovered Entities UPC 4069493703818).
Since you have confirmed that iMusician successfully delivered these releases back in February, this proves that iMusician’s feed delivery succeeded, but Amazon’s ingestion pipeline failed to create the standalone release mapping on my profile (ackzz - B012X4M5EE).
This is a catalog mapping and identity graph error on Amazon’s end, not a stream-count cleanup. They never appeared on release day: These releases never showed up on Amazon Music at all from day one. You cannot clean up a track for “low-performing streams” on the exact day it is released before anyone even has a chance to stream it. Amazon for artists support acknowledges this but, requires the music distributer to contact them to fix it. Please contact amazon as this can be fixed (digital-music-support@amazon.com).

How Amazon proceeds with such cleanups is out of our control. We can only tell you that this is the reason why your releases are no longer available there.
