Invalid Bank Account & Pay out delay

Dear iMusician support,

There seems to be a problem with the payout. On November 3rd 2023 I requested a payout. In my dashboard at the overview of payouts it is still ‘pending’. So I didn’t receive it yet, this is 4 months ago. And: at the tab ‘Revenue’ it says my IBAN is incorrect, but it is definitely correct :slight_smile: Can you help me out ? Thanks a lot!
