I submitted an OAC request in early november 2025 and have not gotten any emails or updates about it since? Did I mess something up?
Hey @Childofhope33, as a Starter user you don’t have access to this service I’m afraid. OAC requests are only possible for our paid subscribers.

If I become a paid subscriber and make an OAC, but switch to a different distributor in the future, would my OAC disappear? Thanks so much.
Once created, your OAC shouldn’t disappear
