Is it normal for Quakity Check to take more than 3 days

Hi

I submitted a new release on Saturday 8th of November (single, 1 track). Is it normal that the status is still “Paid - In Quality Check”? I don’t have notifications for release issues and no emails or notifications for anything besides my order confirmation so I assume the review process hasn’t been started yet.

I’m not sure if it’s still time to worry ot it’s notmal. Based on previous experience with my 2 existing releases with iMusician, the process took about 24 hours or a bit more. I set the release date 24th of November which is even 2 days more than what I’m allowed with standard service and i hope my release date is not in danger.

hi @phasecontrol , it depends normaly on the workload the Team has, and there is quite a bit of time until November 24th, so basically no reason to be worried. Just to be sure I’m asking @Carlos from the Team if he can take a quick look at this :v:

Hey @phasecontrol,

I see that this release has a standard delivery, which means that the quality check will be done within the 2 weeks following the day of payment (in your case, the 08.11.2025). As @Andi mentioned, the time it takes to check your release also depends on our team’s workload ans at the moment we’re handling a high volume of releases.

In any case, there’s no need to worry, we’re sill in the normal timeline! I understand you’re excited about your release going live, but you just need to be a little patient for now :slight_smile:

Thank you @Carlos , thanks for clarifying. If the selected release date of 24th still can be met it’s good on my side. Main main concern was about promoting my release on social in advance.
