You need to send the request through the email messaging tool which is unlocked after you’ve paid the 10€

This is the behaviour once you click on Continuer :

The messaging tool will automatically open on the bottom left of your screen and from there you’ll be able to type in your request

I was baffled by your response because I didn’t see any window open after requesting the change: the problem was with Firefox; when I switched to Safari, it worked. Something to keep in mind for future users.
