ISRC and Audio Issues

I have a product that have been taken down for release corrections and the system is blocking me from using the same ISRC and also the same audio file. I only got the messages “this audio file has already been used”.

I Know that it is not possible to use the same ISRC code for 2 songs, but the release was not distributed, it is taken down.

I also cannot import the audio from another release because it appears grey and unselectabble on the song’s list, I believe it is because of the takedown proccess.

what can I do now?

hi @BrasasMusic maybe you’re trying to upload the same audiofile that has already been uploaded for your first release. In that case please add it from the library instead of uploading it again :v: plz let us know if this helped to solve your problem, best, Andi

It worked, I imported the audio file. But there’s another problem.

Theis release will have a collab artist. I credited this way in the album level, but in the track level the artist is credited like featuring artist, not collab.

Is there any way to change it, considering that it has to be a collab release?
The release was taken down before because I have to change exactly this detail.

I have changed the cover description and also created for the new release, would be possible to change the track’s artists for collab?

This way I would be able to proceed with the right settings.
