Issue with Album2

Hi @Melani. Thank you for your reply. I’m happy to go update the details as needed; however, I did not receive that email. (i tried to reply to the original post but it is locked). Anyway can you resend the email please so I know what I need to do? Also, when I go in and check the album the system says I owe money - not sure why I already paid. Can that be addressed too? Thanks.

This issue has been open for several weeks (see other post) and nothing has been done. I paid to get my album processed and this has not happen for reasons that have not been communicated to me so i cannot take any corrective action. So at this point I would like you to just credit my card what I paid you already and cancel your service. Please do so asap. If it is not completed in 7 days of this post I will seek legal action. Thanks.

I see that our delivery team detected an issue with your track and sent you a message on December 4th, 16:59 CEST to your personal email (the same you use in the Community).
When you asked for help, my colleague asnwered then closed the topic.
When comes to AI generated music, we must check the source, possible licenses etc. Please check our T&Cs for a better understanding and reply to our email:

Hi @Maurizio thank you for the reply. As per the previous post that was closed I did not receive that email. So I do not know completely what the issue is or the corrective action I can take. I’m happy to do whatever is needed to correct (if i can). But without this the processing of my album seems to be stuck. So at this point I would just like a full refund for what I paid. If the album cannot be processed so be it but I need my money back. Thanks for your prompt response.

If you paid with credit or paypal, just dispute the charge. You paid for a service you didnt recieve.
