Even if a check the paid option and enter the same label name it didn’t work neither because the name already exists.
This is a very blocking situation because I need this label name to do my next release.
As a complementary information, I have this error message on the previous release (translated from french) :
“Your label is registered on Beatport.
Registering is still in progress on .
Please check your mail box for the next steps”
Unfortunately, it was 2 years ago and I don’t have any message about it (notice missing word in the error message too).
Can someone help me to unlock this situation please ?

I’ve reported the incomplete status info to our team so they can look into it. It seems that there’s a display error. I can confirm that your label was registered with Beatport and that Traxsource unfortunately rejected it.
Make sens about the Amplify+. Unfortunately the subscription plan change and I don’t really need 1 year of Amplify+
I would prefer to pay one time 20e for the label name. Can we transfert it ?
Btw, it’s not clear for me if it is 20e per release or one time ? And what if I want to use an other distributor to release with this label name on beatport ?

I understand, but the label you created can only be used if yout keep your AMPLIFY+ subscription active. If you wish to pay the 20€ (it’s a one-time fee) to create a new custom label, you can do so during your next release order.
If you want to use the same label name to distribute to Beatport but with another distributor, they will have to send us a label switch request through the platform.
I would be pleased to pay the one-time fee, but I can’t create a new label with the same name.
I need to keep the same name because it’s the actual name of the label. Can’t change the label name
I don’t remember having this option during the label creation. I really need to find a solution to not delay more the release.
I would be very disappointed to have to pay a subscription because I explicitly chosed to work with iMusician to be free of subscription and that would significantly increase the cost of my release to get an Amplify+ for one year just for that…
