Issue with release not appearing on Spotify

Dear Support Team

I am contacting you because my track “I Told You” by Polymorphe was scheduled for release on February 14, 2026.

It is now available on other platforms, but it still does not appear on Spotify and it is not listed in the upcoming releases section of the Spotify app.

Could you please look into this issue and let me know what is causing the delay, and what steps are needed to make the track available on Spotify as soon as possible?

Spotify rejected your release because the artist name Clara is on their watchlist since it’s identical to an already existing artist with 1M monthly listeners: CLARA | Spotify

Can you please share any social media or website link that can distinguish your artist from this other one?

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, the people I made the music with don’t have social media; they are friends I just wanted to credit.

Is it possible on your side to remove Clara and Simon and try again for Spotify, or do I have to pay again for a specific upload that I have corrected?

Unfortunately, when I try to modify the output by following the steps, I am told that it is not possible
“This artist name is included in a delivered output and cannot be deleted.”

Yet I had clearly specified that she did not have a Spotify profile during the questionnaire.

You cannot modifiy the information yourself. After you’ve paid the invoice, you will have access to the messaging tool to submit your modification request to our team who will take care of it for you :slight_smile:

I have a doubt. It is still written: Update the metadata of your output so that it matches your preferences. Please note that some items cannot be modified once your release has been delivered:
“The names of artists”

So I don’t want to pay for someone to tell me that it’s not possible.
Especially since I have already published a song featuring the same person and it didn’t cause any problem on Spotify!

I would really like a commercial gesture from you, because the issue seems to come from you, or if not, please explain to me why there weren’t any issues before ? (Bitterness Past-Polymorphe Feat. Clara)
