Hi @Melani, My Release On Beatport is carrying the Old Artwork and the Old Title. I had already done the changes to the Artwork and title before the release date but Beatport as not reflected the changes now that the release is out.
So I need you to reiterate to Beatport and make sure the release and the tracks in the release as the new artwork and the new title.

@Melani Also the release as not been connected to my Facebook and Instagram profiles and I made the request almost 4weeks ago. please reach out Facebook and Instagram to make sure they connect the release to my Facebook and Instagram profiles.

Release 1: Barcode : 7610096044159
Issues: 1 Beatport as not updated the new artwork and the new title. Tell them to do that.
2. Also my Facebook and Instagram profiles have still not been connected to release. I can’t promote it on these platforms, until it is connected please fix this.
Release 2: Barcode: 4066218642551
Issues: this release is still missing from Facebook and Instagram. It as been 4weeks now you said you resubmitted to Facebook and Instagram. It is still not there. Facebook and Instagram have refused to add the track back to there library.
I want to promote it on Facebook and Instagram and it is very frustrating that I can’t promote a song that is not there. The other versions of this release are there. But this particular version is not there. Please you need to work with Facebook and Instagram and fix this issue immediately.

We sent a request once more to Beatport and META. However, please consider these requests might take time from the shops side. We are responsible to made changes and send them but unfortunately we are unable to intervene on the shops side by fastening their processes.
