Je ne peux pas télécharger mes musiques, j’ai un message d’erreur, cela ressemble à un erreur d’intelligent tiering de aws,
Comme si les sons avaient été archivé donc plus telechargeable,

Mais j’ai besoin de les récupérer

@X0svouid effectivement notre système archive les fichiers après un certain temps, il n’est donc plus possible de les récupérer une fois que c’est fait.

Il me semble qu’il est possible de récupérer les archives sur aws, ce sont quand même musiques avec mes droits,
Vous ne pouvez pas me dire que vous allez garder mes musiques sans que je puisse y avoir accès……c’est pas du tout RGPD et c’est pas legal

This is Juan, working with the Tech Team from iMusician.

This was initially put in place to avoid having users who were merely benefiting from our platform as “free storage”(not your case, of course)… That’s why, if you would choose to actually release those stored tracks with iMusician, our system would be able to fetch the files and you could continue with the distribution as usual.

Also, it is always possible to delete those audio files from our system, which was put in place with GDPR policies in mind.

That being said, I appreciate your patience in waiting for our reply since I wanted to give you some good news and I do have them. Our engineers have made available your tracks for download :partying_face:

We remain at your disposal if there are any other issues.

I am writing to address what appears to be a sarcastic comment in your previous message.

I want to be clear: I have never intended to use your platform as “free storage.” I have already released an album for which I paid your services. If retrieving my music requires additional payments, a straightforward statement to that effect would have sufficed, rather than saying, “once it’s archived, it’s too late.”

Therefore, I will pay to reclaim what is rightfully mine. Following this, I will request the removal of my music from your platform to avoid any future confusion.
