Label and releases are missing on Beatport and Junodownload

Hi everyone,
I’ve moved my label “Common Series” to iMusician. It has been switched from the old distributor and approved on Beatport and Traxsource

  • BUT NOT on Junodownload, where label and all releases are missing;
  • also CS01, CS04 and CS05 releases are missing on Beatport.

Please someone can help me to fix those problems?

Hi @Dischi-Spranti, thanks for your message.

Juno Download has their own label and it is difficult to distribute the releases using a different custom label. However, I confirm you we have sent a delivery update to Beatport regrading the missing releases. Please just fyi for next time, use the barcodes to refer to releases and not the titles :slight_smile: The update could take up to 2 weeks!
