LAS VEGAS — Las Vegas-based music producer Alston Guwalgiya has released a new indie pop single, “Keep It On Low,” out now on Spotify.
“Keep It On Low” is a laid-back, late-night indie pop track built for the hours after midnight — a slow groove about moving through a dark city, headlights glowing, and letting the night finish what it started. The song pairs a creeping bassline with an easy, unhurried vocal, turning a simple refrain — drop that, pick it up, keep it on low — into a mantra for slowing down and staying in the pocket.
The track unfolds in stages: verses drift through two-in-the-morning streets, the pre-chorus lets the bassline take hold, and the chorus opens up into the song’s central invitation — to move, unhurried, and let the midnight finish the night. A stripped-back bridge pulls the beat down to almost nothing before the chorus returns, and the outro fades out on the song’s quietest note.
“Keep It On Low” continues a run of independent releases shaped by late-night atmosphere and minimal, groove-first production. The single is out now on Spotify.
