I’ve been waiting for a payment since november 15. That’s not right. And it’s not the first time…

Hello @antoinebodson, we follow the 30business days rule. I checked with our accounting team and they are advising to wait until the 20th of December. If the payment will not reach your bank account, then please reach out to us, I will leave this thread open :slight_smile:
