I paid for the service and it wasn’t done correctly . You submitted the wrong artist name for me.
Apple stated that you are the owner of the account and they can’t grant me access.
They have told me repeatedly that the ONLY way to fix it is you need to delete the track and resubmit it.
I’ve told you this multiple times. It’s been 5 MONTHS.
So you charge people , don’t follow through on your agreement yet instead create a problem, then don’t do the thing Apple says needs to be done and instead tell me it’s my problem ?
Why haven’t you tried to follow Apples instructions to fix it?
I’m going to start filing complaints with FTC and BBB and copy the last 5 months of these back and forths all over social media, redit, Apple forums facebook tagging , YouTube , literally everywhere, local shows, studios and make sure to warn everyone. This is worse than just taking someone’s money, I put off promoting and shows waiting for this to get fixed. It’s my first release and everyone with an iPhone can’t look up my song by artist name. Thats sooooo irresponsible of you. You’re literally causing metadata to be created from the track to get linked to the incorrect artist.
I’ve been calm and understanding and giving you months to fix your error and now I feel like you are taking advantage of my kindness.
I’m giving you til end of day Monday to let me know if you’re going to fix this. If you don’t try to make this right I will start filling reports and take legal action.

Hey Ravioli, we’re gonna send a last request to Apple (it’s the 4th already) to make the correction. If they keep rejecting it, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you any more with this issue.
Please remember that as a distributor we do not have control over Apple’s metadata management, therefore any conflict that you would have at this level must be adressed with them directly.
Thank you for your understanding.
