Hello @liamphanmusic, promo credits were used in your invoices, as there will be an automatic deduction whenever you have promo credits.

You can check in the invoices and there is the voice “promotional credits”.

This should have been clearly stated that amps monetary value could have been removed in terms of service in your platform before changing your subscription model and propose them a use before changing…
