your public apperance dosnt reflect your attitude towards AI generated music. You offer AI tools yourself, your blog posts are positive, and the TOS just say you “might” not accept AI generated content.
The reality is that your staff says, you will never accept any music from Suno. A reason for this isnt given. Suno issues you a license for comercial use, what is the problem when other distributors allow it?
Why is there no checklist, like for the cover artworks? Or any hint at all, besides a vague line in the ToS?
Of course you wont give a refund, despite not offering a service to me. So yeah, this could have been easily prevented, if you wouldnt hide this information from the customers.
Now i cant relealse the album on time, its goal was to be a fun birthday gift.

I regret to contradict you here but this is clearly stated in the T&Cs, which you agree to when you open an account with us. At no point this information is hidden from our users, it is part of the contractual agreement they agree to when they engage with our services
We reserve the right to refuse content that has been generated wholly or in part using AI (free or paid) and such releases will not be eligible for any refunds.
This dosnt state that Suno releases will always be rejected. So in my opinion, you hide this information from the customer. Its a warning that you may not accept ai music in general, not a definitive statement like your law department person told me
Suno is just one of the many providers of AI-generated music, we are not listing specific companies in our T&Cs. Again, I acknowledge your misinterpretation but this is a definitive statement: we do not accept AI-generated music
