Subject: Mastering Revision Request – Scratchy Noise Introduced
Hi, I need help with a revision to my mastered track.
The mastered version has scratchy/distorted sounds that are not present in my original mix.
I would like to request a revised master.
My original file is clean, and the artifacts only appear in the master.

The audio file that you assign to your release when you place your order is the one we’ll distribute on all DSPs
Ok…if i want to master again ill have to send in a new audio etc? This will delay the release date etc?
If you want to change your master, then yes you will have to upload a new audio file and that could potentially delay your release date. You should place your order only when your masters are 100% ready
Ok i didnt know. Does thst mean pay again etc or can i just upload the updated master version.
If you want to re-master them with our Instant Mastering tool, then you would have to pay indeed. If however you want to master it yourself (or with the help of a specialized engineer), then you can just upload the mastered file when you place your order
