Hi, yesterday may 1 i paid for a mastering that didn’t arrive me and ttoday i paid again for another mastering for same track. Can i get a refound?

Update: Both mastered tracks ar available on your dashboard. As the service was provided, there is no refund to issue here I’m afraid.
