Meta / Instagram request stuck since April 14 — no clear update after 6 weeks

I’m posting here because I have been waiting since April 14 for a Meta / Instagram-related request connected to my artist project Tabù, and after more than a month and a half I still do not have a concrete resolution.

The request was submitted through iMusician, and I was told that it had been forwarded to Meta. However, the issue is still not resolved, and I have not received a clear operational update on what is actually happening or whether Meta has provided any feedback.

I also contacted support through the support channel included in my subscription, and I was told that they might follow up on the request, but almost two weeks have passed since then and nothing has changed.

This is becoming very frustrating, especially because I have seen similar cases handled faster through other distributors, while in my case the request seems to be stuck without a clear timeline.

Could someone from iMusician please escalate this internally and check directly with the team handling Meta requests?

I am not asking for a generic answer. I need to know:

-whether the request has actually been submitted to Meta;
-whether Meta has replied;
-if the request is still pending, what the real expected timeline is;
-if something is missing from my side, what exactly needs to be provided.

This issue affects the correct management of my artist identity and catalog, so I would really appreciate a concrete update from someone who can check the case directly.
