Hello Imusician team

I’m writing to ask you to proceed with the transfer of our catalog metadata.

We need this metadata to ensure a smooth and error-free transfer of our catalog.
We would therefore be grateful if you could prepare the necessary data.

In addition, we would like the takedown of our current titles to take place only after our final validation.
In this way, we can ensure that the transition goes as smoothly as possible.

You can request the takedowns directly from your dashboard: Takedowns and CID Deactivation | iMusician

Please keep in mind that it takes around 4 weeks (after you’ve confirmed the takedown by email) for the shops to remove a release, so make sure to plan your strategy around this delay !

What about metadata transfer?

@Ashed_Winter, all you metadata is available on your dashboard (EAN code, ISRC codes, contributors, performers, etc.). You can fetch it from there and re-use them whenever you reupload your tracks :slight_smile:

As a distributor, we don’t “transfer” metadata to other services.
