Missing a release in Beatport

Hi there,

I’ve paid to be delivered to Beatport but nothing appeared on the platform after the release date.

Artist: DEL CAMPIONE
Title: MSA6AM
Custom label: UNLOCK Decision

Is it possible to resend the release to Beatport? Label’s submission form have been completed already, so what is the next step?

Hey @Gem,

Beatport hasn’t yet approved your registration request for UNLOCK Decision. Please wait for the confirmation email first and then get back to us. Then we will be able to re-deliver the release :slight_smile:

I’ve checked out a Beatport, my label is present and everything seems to be OK.
