I found Missing Data Columns on my last Report .
- Artist Name
- Track Title
- Title Version
- Sales Date
- Country
- Quantity
My last downloaded report seems to have missing these columns, the ones needed to identify correctly the source of streams, Last month was ok but now it generated an incomplete report.
I will attatch the text of the email, to the support. Anyone with the same problem ?

I noticed that changes have been made to the reports and the platform. However, the latest changes have introduced several issues with the report format.
The latest report is missing multiple mandatory fields that we require for our reporting and data processing.
As you can see in the screenshot, the latest report for August (April) is missing the following fields:

Artist Name
-
Track Title
-
Title Version
-
Sales Date
-
Country
-
Quantity
These fields were included in the previous month’s reports, as shown in the second screenshot.
This is a critical issue for our reporting process, because we need to be able to correctly identify each track, artist, version, country, sales date, and quantity.
Missing fields in this month’s report:
Artist Name | Track Title | Title Version | Sales Date | Country | Quantity
Please fix this issue as soon as possible and restore all of these fields to the report.
It is also very important for us that the reports remain consistent from month to month. We cannot have the report structure changing every month or mandatory fields being removed, as this creates significant problems for our internal systems, reporting, and data processing.
If the report format needs to be changed in the future, please make sure that any mandatory fields currently available are preserved, or that any changes are communicated to us in advance.
Please prioritize this issue, as the missing information is already affecting our ability to properly process this month’s report.
