Missing Release on Traxsource (via iMusician)

Dear iMusician Community & Team,

I am writing to report an issue with my today’s 2-track release. It is currently not available on Traxsource, although it is already live on all other platforms, including Beatport.

I can confirm that the Label profile has been successfully created on Traxsource; however, the tracks are missing from both the Label profile and my Artist profile.

Could you please look into this?

Hey @Ares,

I’m afraid not. Our system shows that Traxsource rejected the registration of your label Dance For Eternity, whch explains why the release is not available there :confused:

There seems to be a mistake. The label is indeed active on Traxsource.

Indeed, there seems to have been a mistake. Sorry about that! We’ve re-delivered the release and it should be available in the next 48 hours :slight_smile:

The tracks are already available on Traxsource. Everything is live now.
