I have noticed that, although Spotify for Artists shows a significant number of streams for several of my songs, I have not received any corresponding royalty payments.
These streams are completely genuine and organic—they are not generated by bots or any artificial means.
For example, one of my tracks, “The Sound”, has never generated any royalty income despite having accumulated a considerable number of streams. In addition, I have not received any royalty payments for quite some time, even though my music continues to be streamed.
Could you please investigate this issue and let me know why these streams are not being reflected in my royalty payments?

Hey @Wsx79, we understand this may be frustrating however you must understand that the amount of streams you see on Spotify for Artists are just a preview of your trends. Trends are different from sales: Why don’t my trends and sales match? | iMusician
I can confirm that unfortunately, to this day, no sale has been reported to us by any store.
