Music on the wrong Tidal profile

Hello, I recently noticed my song is on the wrong profile, I’d be awesome if it could be fixed… Thank you so much, these are the links.

(I had to put a space between the tidal name and the .com, because otherwise it said “impossible to send link”)

The link to your right profile leads to an error message. Can you please verify it’s correct and resend it? Please also try removing the ?u extension from the URL.

I just checked, and I unfortunately noticed that my old tidal artist profile’s no longer available since It haven’t had music for a long time.
Since that profile’s no longer available, could you move the song to a brand new profile, instead of the wrong one?

Alright. I’ve forwarded the request to Tidal and they’ll take care of it in the next 2-3 weeks :+1:

I’ve noticed that, although the request to fix my tidal profile has been forwarded, it seems not to be fixed yet.
How can I fix this problem?

I’m sorry to hear that Tidal didn’t make the correction we requested. I’ve resent a request to them and they should take care of it in the next 2-3 weeks.

If however you don’t see any change passed this delay, I’m afraid there won’t be aything else we can do to help you :confused:

I just noticed I got back my old tidal artist profile, at this link:

maybe now it is possible to forward the change including that profile and not a new one.
