Music still in quality check after a month

Hi,

I have been using your services for a few years now and never had any issue but it seems that my latest music has a problem.

I paid to release a single which is called “Poudre d’espoir”, it’s EAN code is “ 4069493250657”, and I paid it on the 28th march. It is supposed to be releasing this month, the 19th of may, but has not passed the quality check and I am starting to worry. I have not received any mail or anything saying I did something wrong. Could you help me ?

The song’s name is “Poudre d’espoir” made by “Felix Georgeault” which is my artist name and it’s EAN code is “ 4069493250657”
