@Carlos or any other iMusian staff please advise:
A month ago we scheduled our first release with iMusician, as a brand new artist. It was released on Friday and has been assigned to random existing artists profiles that already exist despite us marking “no” to already having profiles and “new artist” etc. I have tried to contact iMusician support but have not got any reply, and the only info we were given was to fill out a form and send to spotify, who i have contacted several times and they say they do not have the metadata, that the new spotify profile needs to be created by the distributor. The same with Apple music it is assigned to a different (and even different from spotify) artist. For Beatport, there isnt even a an active link like it just glitched out and didnt even release it on the platform. This is a hugely important platform for electronic music which is one of our genres. I need urgent help creating brand new profiles and re assigning the music on each platform, as well as setting up brand new release on Beatport and any other platforms that are missing that we pay to be released on the 15th May. Please re-send and confirm the metadata with the stores and confirm when i can access our new artist page.

(Edited to add we have paid for an Amplify+ account, and tried sending a message inside our account but only got the bot and a link to a form havent heard back)
