My Album Won't release

Hi, I paid for my album to be released on the 1st of June, payment was accepted, and it was due to be released today.

I’ve gone onto my imusician page to see why it’s not out there, and I’ve seen that it says that I have “unfinished deliveries”. However, I find 0 issues on the deliveries page, which is where the warning triangle is showing.

It says it’s been delivered, so I don’t have a clue what I’m supposed to do. Please see the screenshots above where you can see the issues. Here’s the EAN number also:

However, we have an issue. I’m already on digital platforms as Animal Orchestra:

Looks like it already linked it to my Apple Music page which is great.

I didn’t see anywhere in the uploading process where I was given the option to link the release to an artist page, etc.

Is there any way I can do that?

The Support ChatGPT Bot keeps saying:

  1. Log in to your iMusician account at imusician.pro.
  2. Go to the support page.
  3. Scroll all the way down the page. If you’re logged in, you should see a button or link that says “Submit a request,” “Contact us,” or similar wording.

However, I cannot find a free contact form anywhere. I’ve been searching for 20 minutes. All I can find are the links to this forum or trying to get me to subscribe to consultations. The Bot says this kind of metadata request is free though, and that I should see the contact form… Please help.

Hey @AnimalOrchestra,

The request has been forwarded to Spotify. It’ll take them approximately 2-3 weeks to move your release to the correct profile.

Regarding the contact form, you don’t have access to it since you’re a Starter plan user. Email support is free for AMPLIFY, AMPLIFY+ and AMPLIFY Pro subscribers, as explained here: How to Contact iMusician? | iMusician
