i recently recieved a copyright claim on my own video from my own release(i do not use imusician) turns out that someone has uploaded my release without my authorization through this distributor . please someone from team get in touch so i can share more details

thank you for responding , i cannot find the release on the above mentioned platform . i have received a claim on my youtube video .i tried to dispute through YouTube but by dispute got denied . The thing i am the sole right owner of my music and i use distrokid for distribution , yet how is it possible that i got claim on my video for my own music ? .please get in touch with me via email or any other mean so that i can send you every details , this is so wrong that someone is claiming my own video with my own music .

If YouTube rejected your dispute, it means they determined there wasn’t sufficient evidence of sole ownership for the music in question. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our end to alter YouTube’s decision.
As a distributor, we cannot mediate copyright or ownership disputes with third parties. Unless we receive a formal claim directly from the platform, no further action can be taken on our side.

please try to understand the context here, it was imusician who rejected my dispute as YouTube doesn’t interfear on the claims involving two parties , if there were not sufficient evidence why would i reach out to you ? as i am the sole owner of my music some random guy downloaded my music and distributed through your platform (i don’t know how you let that happen in the first place ) here i am trying to reach out to you to rectify the illegal distribution you are not even considering my appeal ? Would you allow thieves that download other’s hard work deceive you and later claim original creator to be part of your platform . connect me to right team so i can provide my evidence and sort this case out .
I understand the context @santoshsapkota, but the claim must be submitted via the platform in order for us to accept and process it. Please refer to YouTube’s copyright claim submission process: Submit a copyright removal request - YouTube Help
Once we’ve received the claim from them, we’ll be able to do something. Again, as a distributor we cannot mediate copyright or ownership disputes with third parties.

@Carlos as i already mentioned , i have already tried steps mentioned by you and still couldn’t get my issue resolved . if someone blames your user stealing someone’s property and misusing it using your platform you should at least look into the matter. if you are distributing my music without my authorization and not even reviewing after these many threads of communication your platform also might face problem . You must have pathway for someone to report copyright claim like this .again you have my email fromm my account . have someone reach out to me . i will provide every details about the release being uploaded through your platform.
Then try again or contact YouTube directly. Unless the claim comes from them, we won’t be able to do anything.
