it’s been more than 24 hours since my scheduled release date and my music still isn’t live. The release date was February 13, 2026. The platforms are Idagio and Apple Music Classical. I need support on this, please.
Hello @AlexG, some shops take longer than others to upload your music. Apple Music Classical and IDAGIO are known for that (it can sometimes take up to a couple of weeks).

Hello Carlos, many thanks for your reply. My music is live on Apple Music Classical, but unfortunately still not on Idagio. It was distributed to Idagio on February 13. Would you be so kind and verify with Idagio, when my release will become available on this platform? If you need any specific information regarding the release, I will be happy to provide it to you.
Hey @AlexG as I told you, Idagio is also very slow when it comes to uploads so this is to be expected. You just need to wait
