Re EAN 4071624098830 ( Apples Chocolate and Nuts ), I submitted my song on the 6 of August 2026 and it has not been reviewed yet. That’s over 3 weeks ago. I have received no communication or email since the submission confirmation on the 6th August. My release date is 10 th September and now I’m going to miss my Spotify pitching window !! Could someone look into this please. Michael

Our team is prioritising more urgent releases first. Also, you didn’t select Spotify pitching when you placed your order so it won’t be possible for this one. If you want to pitch your release, you must select the corresponding option during the order otherwise the schedule won’t allow it.
