My premium account didn't show up: had to pay a second time

When I logged in to my account, my account appeared as “free account”, even though I payed my monthly subscription, so I had to pay a second time (I wasn’y sure I had payed the first time, so payed twice. The operation showed up twice on my bank payroll).
I’d like to be payed back for my first subscription…

Concerning the invoices and transactions, we only have one payment. So if you did twice, I am sure the bank will refund you the duplicate! :slight_smile:
