Hello i have submitted a release in begin of Jan and till date the release is pending in quality check. I am new on iM and did the first test release. How long this will take?

Hello iM

Since January there is a release pending and i havr bern asking multiple times the readon. I want my money back of 99 euro which i paid. Please refund me as soon as possible before i will proceed with legal actions.
