On August 4, 2025, I’ve scheduled a release for September 4.
The invoice has been paid, the release is shown as delivered, but it’s September 5 and there’s still nothing on the main platforms (Spotify, Deezer, Amazon Music, Apple Music …).
We’d done a whole promotional campaign for this release, and on D-day we found ourselves without a release to share!
Can you tell me what happened?

Update: The issue came from your artist name that includes the character “-” which got blocked as an invalid sign in some fields. Our QA team will remove them when needed and will attempt a new delivery.
