Nature sounds prohibited

Hello,
I composed a piece of music using sounds that I recorded with a microphone. You can hear bird sounds that I recorded myself. During the distribution process on iMusician, I saw that nature sounds were listed as prohibited. I’m having trouble understanding the reasons, and I’m not sure if my track will be rejected because of this, or if it doesn’t actually apply to me.
I would also like to specify that the sounds have been processed and modified to become musical elements.

Thank you in advance!

hi @Carlos , could you please help here?

@LandMatthew , maybe you can explain a little better how the song is structured for example if the birdsound is a part of a song that is played on instruments and/or sung or if it is the birdsound alone that makes the music :v:

Hey @LandMatthew, thanks for your question.

Nature sounds are prohibited for YouTube’s Content ID monetisation, but not for distribution to the streaming platforms.

If the nature sounds are just in the background, that’s fine as long as the main focus is actual music. What we will not accept however is content that only focuses on nature sounds without any music (e.g. field recordings)
