My release is locked for delivery but the release date is still several weeks away.
I need to replace the master audio file.
I don’t have access to “Music Distribution > Manage” or “Request Change”.
Could support unlock the release or cancel delivery so I can upload a new master?
I’ve cancelled and refunded your release (the promo credit is already in your iMusician account). You can restart the release with the right audio file

I’ve just noticed that the wrong master was uploaded again . Since it’s already been processed, I can’t correct it myself.
If you’re able to help me replace it once more, I’d really appreciate it .

The correct master is the one dated January 23rd, 2026 (03:16 – 51.9 MB ).
