Needed help to get an Official Artist Channel badge in youtube

Hello,

I need to have an Official Artist Channel badge in you tube for the channel of my daughter (a classical music artist).
My question is if this is possible to be made from iMusician or only from myself. This is first. Second, if needed to be made only from me what needed to do.

I want to have an Official Artist Channel badge in you tube for the channel of my daughter (a piano-classical music artist).
I read your f.a.q. and saw a video tutorial where is explained how to have an Official Artist Channel badge and have learned what needed to do to have this badge but yet have some questions.

  1. Is possible that the entire process can be made by iMusician and not by me myself? I will be a paid subscriber soon.
  2. If not, it is possible to upload video in youtube by iMusician with the aim to get an Official Artist Channel badge?
  3. If yes in which way? As a normal release upload?
  4. If not where can I find an approved service in order to have an official release on an Artist-Topic channel distributed by an such service?
  5. In which way I can create an Artist-Topic channel or this is created by you?
