Since I decided to move from Patamu to SIAE as for the protection of the rights of a previously released album, I have to change my ISWC codes on imusician. However, it seems that it is not possible. Does someone know how I can do it?

You can’t add this information to your metadata. We don’t work with ISWC codes as they are meant to track composition/writing credits, which we don’t collect as a digital distributor (this is the job of collecting societies such as SACEM, GEMA, etc.).
