No volume on Spotify / youtube since Feb 2024

Hi ,

There is no volume reported since Feb 2024 for Spotify and Youtube (Since April).
This is not normal (spotify is my platform and i should at least see my usage).

Could you please investigate ?

Well, the amounts you see in your sales report correspond to what the streaming platforms have calculated. If you do not see any revenue for Spotify and YouTube since February 2024, unfortunately that means no revenue was generated on these specific platforms.

I would like to point out that since April 2024, Spotify has implemented a new monetization policy. In order to be eligible for monetization, your tracks must have reached a threshold of at least 1,000 streams in the previous 12 months to be included in the recorded music royalty pool calculation. If your tracks do no meet these criterias, unfortunately you will not receive any revenue from Spotify :confused:
