De toute évidence le nombre de stremas indiqué sur mes rapports est faux, car il ne correspond pas du tout au nombre d’écoutes et de vues sur mes pages,
Comment corriger cela svp ?

Hi @lastlamb, it must be said that our Music Analytics tool is retrieving the data with a delay at least 2-5 business days, while Spotify should provide such information in real time.
It also happens that streams count could be adjusted with a bit of time, we always suggest to compare the streams after a timeframe of a month, as counts happened for example at the end of the month can be counted on the beginning on the next months.
When comes to streams and revenue, there might be a difference between the number you see on your Spotify Analytics and the actual number of streams that shops paid to us. We receive sales data from the shops themselves every 4 months. Plus, as an addition from this month,. Spotify has introduced fraud fees to releases that were found with stream boosting activities and they are placing fees, please check here for more:
