When i click the Order button it tells me that i need to select a track for playlist pitching. but i already selected and still it gives me a prompt that i need to select it after pressing the Order button again. I tried selecting multiple times and still…What might be the issue?
That looks like a bug, sorry about that. I see that your release is already out now, so it’s too late for the pitch but please let us know if that happens again and our team will look into it.
Thanks @Carlos yes “Samsara” is out but im having trouble with another recording that we released. Rhapsody for Orchestra and Saxophone by Debussy, Recorded by Javier Oviedo. It doesn’t seem to be released yet. Is there an issue?
I can confirm that the deliveries we made to the shops you selected during the order were successful, so there’s no issue here.
However, each shop reserves the right to accept/reject music at their own discretion and Classical Music platforms (such as IDAGIO which is one of the few you selected) are quite selective, so there’s unfortunately no guarantee your music will appear everywhere
I don’t understand what you’re asking here. As I told you, we’ve made the deliveries to the shops you selected when ordering. If your music wasn’t accepted by all these shops, unfortunately this decision is independent from us.
Yes, but the whole point of us working with iMusician was the fact that you distribute to IDAGIO. If our tracks dont get on IDAGIO, what’s the point of us continuing with you guys? At least inquire further about why it wasn’t uploaded to they platform so we can make adjustments accordingly. There is no, we did our job by submitting it and they refused.
I will inquire about that. But give me what reference i need to provide IDAGIO so they know what track I’m referring to according to your submission.
Update: We’re going to try a new delivery. If IDAGIO accepts your release you should see it on their platform in a couple of weeks. Otherwise, as I said, it’ll mean they simply rejected it.
